It’s the third time I have used Simi Valley Hot 2 Cold, and I have to say that he is just the most honest, trustworthy company I have ever used. I would not even consider using anyone else. A friend gave me their name 2 years ago when I was using the other lousy company service. I have an older house with constant little and big problems and had used the ones you find in the yellow pages, the chains, and then I tried these company referrals from a neighbor. Teresa and her team are amazing honest, completely upfront, fast and clean. Very prompt, works efficiently and thoroughly. The job they did for me only took less than an hour - amazing. I know his charges are at least 40% less than the chains, and usually more than half- but I think the chains and some others pad the bills so much that you are never sure what you really did need and what was simply added. Simi Valley Hot 2 Cold is not like that at all - they fix what needs fixing, and if they see a potential problem, they tell me, and we can plan accordingly. I really thanked my neighbor for the referral. They really helped me a lot . And I thank Simi Valley Hot 2 Cold so much for giving me the best I could get.
