We lost confidence in Simi Wash during our final visit. We were literally on our way out of town but were headed to Simi Wash to use their dump site when we had a mechanical failure and loss of power. Not certain what was wrong, we left our RV there for them to investigate the problem. It was a costly mistake. It turned into a nightmare. Our RV was out of commission for many months while we waited to our insurance claim and Simi Wash to identify and complete the repair. Mike, the owner of Simi RV is a very nice man and seemed to do his best to work with us, our insurance company and his mechanic but the final outcome was dismal. We will not return to Simi Wash.
