They were good. I did like them. They were great. They came out and did an estimate and came back with their water medication team. They ­sealed everything up and I had to have my kitchen sealed in plastic for six days and they came out and double checked it two or three times. They were very professional. Their price was pretty high.

Over all service was great and the guys were very nice and professional. Only issue is that had to move some things out of the way ad they kind of just threw it wherever.. Otherwise they were great, and not bad to look at lol

We came home from my daughter's birthday party to find 3 to 4 inches of water covering our first floor. The toilet shut-off mechanism failed and was overflowing water for 6 hours. Neighbors helped remove most of the furniture but when ServPro arrived, they immediately removed the carpet, suctioned out the water, and set up the initial fans and humidifiers. Over the next few days, they cut holes in the drywall, removed baseboards, and ensured no mold growth, and added additional fans and humidifiers. They came out every day to monitor the process and adjust the equipment accordingly.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY CAME IN GOT THE JOB DONE and DID NOT LEAVE THE CARPETS TOO WET. THE SPOTS HAVE NOT RETURNED TO DATE.
