Process went well and installer, Matt had a lot of patience with me. I was not oversold on items I did not need and had clear explanations for every item that I needed to purchase and why they were needed. Took the time to listen to my needs and provide proposal with options based on my budget. I was impressed with Matt's technical expertise. I asked a lot of very technical questions and they were all answered correctly and without making me feel lost. Was concerned about damage to home due to install,  but entire wiring, speaker install and setup was extremely clean. Had 4 rooms A/V automated along with lighting throughout the house where appropriate. As this was our first home automation project there was some user learning curve and he was always there to respond within 24 hrs(even after he had been fully paid)

Once the final scope was determined, the work was performed in a timely manner, with professionalism, and we are very happy with the results.

The owner Matt was involved with every step of the process and the install. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable of every technology in my home that I can imagine. He does not work as a salesperson (he is actually a computer engineer) and he doesn?t push unnecessary and expensive technology, instead he explained things in non-tech speak to my family and consulted us on the best technology that would work for our lifestyle. In the end I feel like we got the best bang for our buck and what was once an impossible to work TV and audio system is now easy enough for even my 10 year old to operate. Adding into that the light control and security features are a must have and my wife and I use it every day to monitor our home and check in on the kids. In the end, considering our past with these systems and shady installers and horrible experiences I can?t say enough good things about Matt and his company. I Very highly recommend!
