Excellent. The worker who came out were on time, professional and did a great job.

Prompt service. Excellent communication including prior notification to a delay of just 15 minutes from appointment time. Excellent work and done at a reasonable price.

He was fine. He had a fair price and gave nice service. He came and showed me the colors that were available. He didn't wreck the place. He had three men to remove the old door. It was a very nice color.

Office staff was quick and friendly. Estimate by owner was very reasonable. Owner very nice and professional. Installation staff was friendly and took about 2 hours to take out the old one and install new one with all new hardware (stuff that attaches the door to the garage and the chain drive). When install was complete I noted 4 to 5 long black scrapes on garage door. I was told by the techs that it was dirt and to wash it off. I asked them to clean it off as it was a brand new garage door. The 2 techs then got some simple green soap and sprayed it on the garage door and then wiped ( instead of rinsing simple green off) it off with a rag. One of the techs then grabbed a spray can and sprayed paint over the scratches on the garage door ( it was not dirt on the garage door and the spraying of paint was my very first notice of fact these were scratches on my new garage door). The garage door now looks great. And we had a hard rain and none of the paint they spayed on came off. And you can't tell it was spray painted or where it was spray painted. But I called the business and Manny, the owner, came out discussed with me. He told me that what happened was not procedure and that It was probably a language problem with his techs. He also told me many new garage doors are damaged by the manufacturing process and that they use manufacturer supplied paint to repair it. He said the paint will last for years and there is a good manufacturer warranty if paint fails. I'm ok with that. But I clearly remember the techs telling me it was dirt on my garage door and to just clean it off myself. My first notice that they were scratches was when they started spraying paint on my new garage door.

The service took about 40 minutes. The service man knew exactly what was needed and the door now works perfectly. The only negative was the service charge. Considering the job site was within 5 minutes to the service place of business, his charge was about $250/hour. Wayne Dalton garage doors with iDrive openers are relatively complicated to service compared to other opener types. Their advantage is there is no space required behind the door when fully opened. For this garage, that meant I could not replace the opener with a simpler Genie type opener. I discovered that Wayne Dalton does not have service information available on-line to assist the do-it-yourselfer. I contacted other door service dealers and found none that would work on iDrive openers. As the problem occurred right before the Thanksgiving day weekend, I was in a hurry to get it fixed and was relieved when I did find someone who knew how to fix it. Now that it is all over I wish I had spent more time looking for someone who could fix it and charged a reasonable price. Perhaps I just don't know what "reasonable" means, and because of that I checked the "Would you use this company/individual again in the future?" box.

SEE-ME GARAGE DOOR CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, REPLACED THE PARTS THAT WERE IN STOCK ON THEIR TRUCK AND THEN PERFORMED ROUTINE MAINTENANCE. SINCE THEN THE DOOR HAS WORKED FLAWLESSLY.
