SCHARF ROOFING

I got a quote in November from Scharf and signed a contract for them to do the work. 3 weeks after I signed the contract, I called to follow up, to see when they might do the work. I was told they set appointments on Weds and Thurs and I should hear from them soon. Mid-January, I called again, to say I was going to cancel because the work hadn't been done yet and no one had contacted me. My sales rep. was mortified that no one had done the work, called around and had the work done next day with a small discount. It's rained about 4 times since they did the work, nothing leaks! I would recommend the company, just follow up with them!

Dave Scharf very knowledgeable and responsive. Uses excellent material. New roof leaked, he has responded twice very quickly to try to fix it. Only the next rain will tell if he has succeeded. He obviously works with a good project manager, and lots of low paid workers. Where he may have problems is with the skill level of those workers.
