Richard quoted the job and had the best price . Richard was present or stopped by every day to make sure things were progressing. His workers arrived on time and finished within 2 1/2 days as promised. Richard had done multiple roofs in the neighborhood going back several years. All positive comments from neighbors. Easy choice.

Job started on time, finished on time.  Richard gave us a $600 discount because plywood was cheaper than he had anticipated, so he passed the savings on to us.  He was polite and responsive.  A great guy.  He might talk your ear off a bit, but he is just awesome and we loved working with him.  I wish we had another house to re-roof, so we could use him again. He was recommended to us by friends who flip homes, so that was a big indication to us that he could work for less, and sure enough, he gave us the best quote by a few thousand dollars, and he did a fantastic job.

Richard Fannin Roofing came in with the best bid to replace the roof on our Simi Valley CA house.
We signed the contract and set a date for the work to begin.
On April 25, 2011 - The roofers showed up on time.  They were very efficient and did a great job.
The roof was finished in a timely manner.
