Besides the very low prices and great selection, I really appreciated all the information he gave me, and no sales pressure at all. The customer service was just great. Chad was easy to reach by phone both before and after my purchase. and I had my mattress a few hours after I bought it.
If I had not just gotten burned by a different place, I could have paid a little more and gotten a memory foam or one of their mattress sets with fabric made from bamboo.They look normal but my research said they have natural antibacterial resistance, resist pests, stay cleaner and less smelly than other mattresses, and are temperature regulating. I am writing this so someone else can find a great low cost new bed the first time out and not go through what I did.
