Jeff sharpened 14 knives that hadn't been professionally sharpened in almost 20 years. Wow! The knives were crazy sharp after he was done with them. They are a pleasure to use again. Jeff got them done very quickly. He has a mobile unit and travels around to various locations. Check out his website.
