This was the fourth company i received a bid from for replacing our home windows. Randy is the sales rep. came to our house and measured all windows the next day my wife and I went to their show room looked at different windows Randy introduced us to Tylor one of the managers he is knowledgeable , honest gave us his opinion about different vinyl windows and quoted a price to us, it matched one other quote that we had. What impressed me about this company, they have been in business good no. of years and they guarantee the installation as long as we live in our house. We purchase Simonton vinyl windows on 09/05/2014 and Tylor gave us installation date of 2 weeks later. windows were delivered to our house on time and 3 days after delivery installation group came over. Serge(lead installer) with many years of experience, Chase and Nick. they explained about their installation process and started to work removing old windows and installing the new ones(about 6 to 7 windows per day) they were detailed and careful in their work on a second day Victor joined to help and last day Adam came over to complete sealing the outside frames. it took total of 4 days to complete the installation. We are very happy with the job they did. they were just great. Serge and his team are perfectionist and pay attention to detail, made sure the job is done right. windows are beautiful, thank you so much.

I didn't have a great experience with the sub contractor they sent out. The company miscalculated when they measured my door. They did it from the exterior not the interior and getting this issue resolved was a lengthy and aggravating ordeal. The door was miss measured and because of this issue the company refused to cut the door and instead we made a judgment call to cut out flooring to accommodate the miss measured door.

We paid extra to have it done quickly, as we are also painting our house. The promised day of installment has come and gone and we are having a hard time even getting them on the phone. They are suppose to install tomorrow. We have been very unhappy with the way they do business so far. I have no idea yet how well they will install the door.

Came out first to give me an estimate. We went over the types of doors and hardware and discussed the installation. The estimate was left and I was to call the office and speak to Tyler. He was the salesman who actually deals with the various manufacturers. I met in store with him, placed my order and waited for a call from the installer. The installer and his assistant were great! For some reason, the door manufacturer had not drilled the second door for the dummy hardware. These guys took care of that without a whimper. Double doors can be a real pain, but they seemed to have pretty much encountered every known hitch at some time in the past, so installation went well. It took them all day, but they left the doors, touched up, with clean glass AND they totally cleaned up after themselves. A couple of real pros! I have used this company before for replacement windows and for a new shower door. I was impressed with them then and once again, they did not disappoint. Great job!

I wanted a bigger window, so reframing was required. All other windows in my house are retrofitted, so they made sure the exterior matches per my request (that required extra steps). Job was done timely, very clean, they stuck to the original quote even after running into some wiring issues which required additional 4 hours of work. Stucco company they hired did impeccable job! I will hire then again for any window needs I might have.

They answered the phone when I called, gave me an estimate, reduced the price when I mentioned Angie's list discount, came and took out the old mirror, and returned 3 days later with a new mirror. They also cleaned up after themselves and came right when they said they would. I was impressed with their professionalism. Incidentally I had called another company for a quote and they said they would call me back which they never did.

They arrived on time and were very friendly, professional and helpful. The estimate had included both bathroom mirrors which were on perpendicular walls. They had given an estimate for both in case they were overlapping and the damaged mirror could not be removed without removing the other. They managed to get the one off though and saved me some money which was greatly appreciated. The mirror they put up matched the height of the other mirror exactly. The wardrobe mirrored doors were installed and looked great! They did a very excellent job at a reasonable price and I would certainly use them again.

They were prompt and responsive. They were very fast.

A representative came to the house to measure and provide an estimate. Once that was acceptable, more accurate measurements were made and the windows ordered. It was a very short time (no more than 10 days) from order to available for install. Two installers were sent to the house and did an excellent job replacing all the windows. I removed drapes, but they took care of shades and vertical blinds. They even put in longer screws when they reinstalled my roller shades (I have them on all put two windows). The vertical blinds are on my patio door. They even cleaned the windows when they were done. Installation was much smoother than I had expected. Very professional and courteous employees

Allen Mak is the owner; he is the one who came out. I have known him for a long time. They are top of the line. I really do not have to say much because I have known the owner for 20 years, whenever I ask them to do something, they are out there and it gets done and it's over. I would highly recommand them.

I am very pleased by the work done by Preferred. I had most of my home's windows replaced by Progressive eight years ago and the customer relations were a nightmare; I was dreading completing the task. I found Preferred in a newspaper ad. When I called for the quote, the scheduler gave me the advertised discount automatically, as well as informed me of Milgard's current promotion which saved me money, and the available tax rebate. The estimator came on time and worked quickly and thoroughly; I didn't have many questions having done this work before, but he took the time to answer the ones I did have. My husband was home for the actual installation, but he tells me the workers arrived on time, worked quickly and well and finished early. The only issue that came up was a big one; I requested a sculptured grid in one of the windows and it had been built into the wrong one. The estimator wrote the addition on the wrong window, and as it was way off to the side I missed it when I signed the quote. I dreaded calling Preferred, expecting the huge conflict I had with Progressive; I couldn't have been more wrong. The scheduler took all my information and within the day the owner of the company returned my call. Details aside, we discussed the problem and he immediately and consistently assured me that the window would be corrected asap, without cost to me. And it was; the corrected window was installed beautifully today. Things go wrong all the time in home remodeling, it's how the company handles it that makes a difference and Preferred bent over backwards to give me great customer service and make it right. I will work with Preferred again in the future and do not hesitate to recommend them to Angie's List.

THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY TO MEASURE AND GAVE A WRITTEN ESTIMATE. WE ACCEPTED AND W/IN 10 DAYS OUR DOORS WERE INSTALLED. THEY LOOK GREAT, WE ARE VERY PLEASED.

THE MULTI-STORY WINDOW WAS VERY EXPENSIVE BECAUSE OF ITS CUSTOM SIZE. THE WORK WAS VERY WELL DONE AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. THERE IS A NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE IN THE INTERIOR TEMPERATURE OF THE TOWNHOUSE WITH THE DOUBLE-PANED WINDOWS.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. I HAVE HAD THEM DO WORK BEFORE WITH NO PROBLEMS. THEY WORK VERY QUICKLY, SAME DAY SERVICE, AND THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE WERE FRIENDLY.

COMPANY CAME OUT FOR ESTIMATE AT THE TIME THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND TOOK MEASUREMENTS. CAME BACK AT ESTIMATED TIME, REMOVED THE OLD ENCLOSURE IN MASTER BATH, GIRLS BATH, AND INSTALLED MIRROR TO OUR SATISFACTION.
