Perry prides himself on customer service and honesty. We offer a courtesy shuttle service. I got them from Angie's List. The price was reasonable. He was effective and honest. There was another problem that we saw that we might have and he said it was fine and he just did the work that was needed. He was very, very honest. He did the work in about an hour.

My experience was exceptional. I had previously gone to a "garage/back yard mechanic" and that did not go so well. I came to Perry's on recommendations from several people. I could not be happier. Mike and Perry were courteous, efficient, professional, friendly and understanding of my story of woe. They were no-nonesense and completely honest in their recommendations. As a AAA member, there are also certain benefits that Perry's offers. I especially appreciate that they were not the "hard-sell" type of shop. Their prices were competitive and fair. I will take all of my future business to Perry's and I highly recommend them.

Accurately diagnosed an air conditioning system failure which was a bit
tricky. Because of a holiday weekend, we had to have the reparir work
done elsewhwere, but Perry's located a AAA shop for us and got us the
app't to complete the reapair and we were not re-charged for the
diagnostic work. PROFFESIONAL and ETHICAL. Will definitely use again!
And....all in the timeframe they set and same price as quoted.

I go back to them because of their workmanship, their honesty and pricing. They are always very nice and they explain everything to me even before they touch my car. They don't recommend a bunch of services that I don't need. I won't go anywhere else.

PERRY STANDS BY HIS WORK! HE IS HONEST AND FAIR. PERRY DOES IT ALL AND DOES IT WELL. I TRUST HIM AND KNOW WHEN HE RECOMMENDS SOMETHING TO BE DONE, IT NEEDS TO BE DONE. ANOTHER PLUS IS THAT AS A WOMAN, HE SPEAKS TO ME AND EXPLAINS WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE SO I WILL UNDERSTAND. WE HAVE NEVER NEEDED TO BRING BACK A PROBLEM TO BE CORRECTED, BUT ALWAYS BRING OUR CARS TO HIM AND RECOMMEND YOU DO TOO.
