Jeff arrived on time and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He didnâ  t upsell a new heating system - he told me it wouldnâ  t be worth it. He also took care to keep my carpet clean by wearing shoe covers and laying down a cloth under the ladder to catch any dust from the attic, which I greatly appreciated.

My experience with Jeff at Perfect Climate was great. They were very professional and honest. I called to get an estimate and he was able to come by that day. He gave me the best price and scheduled to have the project done on a Sunday. Final project turned out great!

Jeff was awesome and hands on on the furnace that was installed. Everything was communicated and we knew all the info each step of the way with no surprises. A week later our AC ran out of freon, Jeff and a tech came to the house soon after the call and filled up the AC at no charge. Jeff will be the first call as long as we own a house.

Called for an estimate and Jeff Hanley came the next day to provide a quote. Jeff was extremely professional and his quote was quite reasonable. Two days later the air conditioner was installed and it works GREAT! The new air conditioner has wonderful online reviews and it is very quiet, too. We are very happy with the experience!

Even helped me set up a piece of Ikea furniture after he was done working. His expertise in this field was clear from the start. I have three units now and they are working fantastically well. I'm almost excited for the heat of summer just so I can put them to work.

Jeff of Perfect Climate was timely with responding to my quote request and did a thorough evaluation of my newly purchased home. His quote was very competitive but the most impressive aspect of his work was his reliability and quality of work. He and his men even worked weekends to get a new 2 zone system done in time for our move-in so we would have heat and A/C available when needed. Always punctual he completed all the new duct work and furnace-AC Install ahead of schedule and my electrician and plummer commented on how well it was laid out in the attic. The system works great and I would rehire him in a heartbeat.

They installed my unit in one day and where very nice 😊, but they didn't come back to do a smaller job like I wanted them to do so I am doing it myself and saving money 💵.

"This was done when I had a partner and he did not follow up properly & he is no longer with the company. Funny thing is, he started another company and I hear he has constant complaints. If I had known of the issue, it would have been taken care of by myself. I have been doing a/c for 49 years and customer service is the most important to me, this is reflected in all my other reviews."
