At Mommy & Me Cleaning the owner Aida is not organized, professional, and does not return calls. She makes it very difficult to enjoy the service provided. House cleaning is supposed to make life easier not more stressful! While the service/cleaning crew does a good job. I've been happy with them. Its a shame Aida doesn't run the business well.

If there was a grade lower than F they would deserve it. Because of the vast amount of things that have been found that are wrong I will list only the highlights. A couple days before the appointment they called to say they were not able to come in the morning so reluctantly we agreed on 1 pm. At 12:45 we were called and informed they were running late and did not arrive until 2:15. They had to be told to vacuum the couch, clean the baseboards, blinds and walls. No lampshades dusted. Top of fridge filthy (did not require cleaning inside). Blinds cleaned with something that got all over the windows (which were never cleaned) and the sides of the walls. Shower tile not touched at all. Doors not dusted, edge of carpet along baseboard not vacuumed. Fridge and Stove not moved. And now for our favorite thing that was just discovered, a sculpture that was only half dusted. We took it off its shelf to move it and the back half was covered in old dust. That is the ultimate in laziness. After inspecting the lack of job they performed, they did not deserve $1.50 let alone $150.00.

They cleaned for about 2 hours, maybe a little more. Four of them worked on the house and they were very friendly and professional. And inexpensive. But I got what I paid for. When they left, the kitchen floor was a bit sticky, they didn't fully dust, and not everything was truly clean, like one of our toilets. Other services I have used cost four times as much and the house was cleaner, but these other services seemed too expensive. These guys were very reasonably priced but I would have liked just a little more attention to detail. Also, after scheduling an appointment, they called to see if I could move it back a few hours. I left them a message that I could, but I asked them to call me back and confirm. They never did, despite me leaving a second message. Also, they were late. (None of these services have ever been on time). For what you pay for-a good once over-it's worth it, but I would not hire them again for serious cleaning.

They did a good job cleaning and were very reasonably priced at $15 per person per hour. 3 people came to my house and were in and out in a few hours. The only negative was they have been late on both visits (about an hour).

VERY COURTEOUS. ALWAYS HAVE SMILES ON THEIR FACES. THEY DO EXTRA THINGS IF YOU ASK THEM TO. MY HOUSE ALWAYS LOOK SO NICE WHEN THEY ARE DONE. THE PRICE IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER FOUND. I HAVE HAD A LOT OF OTHER CLEANING PEOPLE. JENNY'S IS THE BEST.

ANNA IS THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY AND SHE COORDINATES THE SCHEDULES. USUALLY THERE ARE 3 EMPLOYEES THAT ARRIVE TO CLEAN MY HOUSE. THEY DO A GREAT JOB!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER AND WOULD RECOMMEND JENNY'S CLEANING SERVICE. THE PRICE IS RIGHT.
