MJ Construction Co. has been involved in the construction business for over 25 years. In October of 1988, we obtained the contractor’s license and started MJ Construction Co. We are involved in building new custom homes, 1st and 2nd story additions, kitchens and baths, master suites, additional bedrooms, custom family rooms with fireplaces, earthquake repairs, fire damage repairs, water damage repairs, erosion repairs, foundation underpinning, caissons and grade-beams. We are insured, bonded and have workers’ compensation insurance and business liability insurance. Our pledge is to expertly install the best products, to offer fair prices and best available terms, to provide complete customer satisfaction.

MJ Construction did an excellent job in completing this project in a timely manner with the best quality and within the budget agreed on. Mike Jambazian was personally involved with this project on a daily basis and gave his crew the needed instructions.  MJ Construction removed the old asphalt from the drive way and backyard.  MJ compacted the ground with the proper slope and installed drainage for rainwater and used re-enforcement bars to strengthen the concrete.  MJ also used nice design for brick work all around the border and in sectional areas.  The retaining wall was also upgraded in the front area for added protection and to match with driveway design.  MJ monitored all the stages of the concrete work from pouring to finishing to make sure it was done correctly.  My remodeled driveway attracted the attention of my neighbors who commended the excellent quality of work.
I highly recommend MJ Construction for his integrity and honesty as well as for his quality work.
