He put in a stair chair, got the approval from my association, and they just did a great job, fabulous diagram for the manufacturer and for the approval of the association. Exceptional attitude and excellent work. Best quality products and lifetime warranty, very very honest.

On the day of installation, Mike and a co-installer went to Beverly Hills to pick up the donated lift, transported it to my home in Echo Park and installed it. After installation, Mike noticed that there was a squeaking sound that was very high pitched and annoying. He stayed as long as it took him to fix the sound, and he did! He also offered to come by one day and bring me a newer armrest cover as the donated one is very "used". Mike and his co-worker were really kind and very professional. The two words that come to me about this company is kindness and professionalism. I feel like Tyler and I are now old friends, and should the need arise for another chair lift or a relocation, I will definitely be calling this company again...and so should you!!

Marilyn, the owner, was very prompt, courteous and efficient in the initial estimate submitted. She submitted a good bid but she was also recommended by peer company for her follow-thru, so I decided to work with her. Her bid was very reasonable compared to the others I have had and she was very flexible. She was courteous at all times, very prompt and continued to update me on the status of the product until installation day. The installation went smoothly as planned. She was a real pleasure to work with and she was really thorough. I would highly recommend her company!!

Well. When the installation team arrived, they found the metal runner for the chair was too long for the stairway, so the owner brought out the appropriate saw to shorten it. The team did an excellent job with the installation, and the chair has functioned well for the last 8 months.

My mom's Bruno stairlift stopped working on a Saturday and she was stuck midway between upstairs and downstairs and was alone. She actually had to get off the chair and crawl the rest of the way up. When mom called me (950 miles away), I called the place that sold, installed and has serviced it, less than 2 years ago. They answered, but would not send anyone on the weekend. Desperate, I found Look Stairchairs listed as an Authorized Dealer on the Bruno website, but noticed they were not close to mom.

The friendliest voice answered and when I inquired about weekend service, Marilyn said "yes', but weekend calls are usually for their existing customers. I explained the situation - that the other dealer wouldn't come out until Monday and mom was stuck and alone. She said she'd check and call me back. I honestly didn't have high hopes, as their office was over an hour from mom. I was quoted $175 for service charge + any parts, if not under warranty.

Happily, she called and said a tech could be there in two hours. She called my mom and confirmed with her. Mom said the owner came out and he was professional, kind and helpful. Although, he did not have the part that was broken, he did get the chair repaired and working.

The service call was $175, which was $25 less than the other company. But, what is most important, they cared. Marilyn, who answered the phone, said, "we never want to leave someone stranded, without their chair". What a willing attitude. This came at a time where both me and my sister were out-of-town and couldn't easily help, so it was wonderful to find a company so willing to go the extra mile, even though we had bought our chair elsewhere.

It turns out Marilyn is the owner, along with her husband. 

The owner's of Look Stairchairs have a wonderful business philosophy and are very caring people. If we ever need service or new chair, we will be calling Look Stairchairs.

I am so disappointed with the company we bought the chair from - that they would leave an 85 year old stranded, and tell them to wait until Monday. I know some companies don't work on Sunday, but this was only Saturday.

We met with Marilyn to discuss our needs and were immediately impressed by her knowledge and low-key sales approach.  She was friendly, down to earth and answered each question completely.  We ordered a Bruno Elite Curve Custom stairlift from her.  She took multiple pictures of our staircase with computer contacts placed on each step to be used by the factory to custom design and fabricate our system.

Marilyn's husband, Launis, and two assistant installers arrived yesterday morning and spent four hours assembling and installing the stairlift.  They were polite, informative and thorough making sure each piece of the system was correctly installed and secured.  Launis explained what they were doing at each step and then gave me a detailed run through when finished to be sure that I understood its operation and maintenance.  They were meticulous in cleaning up any debris from the installation with the result that we are very pleased with our new Bruno chairlift.  It was expensive, however -- $16,450.

The stair chair installers from Look Stairchairs were on time, polite, professional plus extremely competent. The  stair lift was installed quickly, then all aspects of its operation and upkeep were carefully and thoroughly explained. It was a really pleasure doing business with everyone at Look Stairchairs. They have a first class operation, and I would highly recommend anyone to use Look Stairchairs if they need a stair chair.

You can expect great service and their product. The chair holds up to 400 lbs whereas other chairs I looked up to buy had 225 lbs as their limit. Their warranty was also much better. They stand by their word, they promise to come and a certain time and they did and it was a very pleasant experience. They were very neat and clean and we love the product.

On 3/27/2014 they came out and explained how it would work and what the price would be one 3/31/2014 they installed it and were very helpful.
