Fine overall, although more than I had intended or thought it would be but the amount charged was the amount quoted. Had a couple of minor issues and some debris not cleared. Would have thought for the price they would have added air duct cleaning for free.

We were delighted by his knowledge and honesty. Another company - a big one named after an ocean - told us we had a cracked furnace and it had to be replaced. Keith told us there is no way, given the model of furnace we have, that the big company could have known that without taking the whole thing apart. He also said there was no evidence at all for what they said was wrong with it. None of the signs for that problem were present. We had called him for an estimate to replace the furnace, and he could have easily replaced the furnace, but he is honest and professional.  How refreshing in this day and age! We gladly paid him $300 - and tipped him!

Tested outside air conditioner unit for open circuit, found bad measurement on capacitor lead, removed side panel, removed old capacitor, found new replacement capacitor within service truck, installed new capacitor, restarted air conditioner unit.

If you want a guy you can trust to fix your heating or A/C unit Keith is
the guy. I called him on Father's Day with no expectations of a service
call. I just wanted to make an appointment for Monday or Tuesday to
have my A/C unit looked at since it was not blowing cold. Not only did
he come over on Father's Day Sunday, but he fixed my unit and it was
blowing cold in less than 20 minutes. Keith is the real deal. His work
is guaranteed and he is a total pro. This guy knows his stuff. It's
always great to find a tradesman you can trust who will do excellent
work for a fair price. Keith is my guy for my heating and A/C needs from
now on. Thanks Keith!
