We rented the bounce house two weeks before the party. The customer service over the phone was courteous, assuring me that the bouncer would be delivered between 8-10am for an 11am pary, and picked up by 4pm. The house didn't arrive during the time quoted, and calls to the company were not answered. After calling another line, I was able to leave a message. The owner called back, was completely unapologetic about the bouncer being late. We were worried that they wouldn't show at all, and they had our credit card number!! The bouncer finally arrived an hour into a 2 hour party. Pickup didn't happen by 4pm, but wasn't picked up until after 6. Good thing we rented the bouncer at home, and not at a park! The bouncer itself was in good condition and functioned well, but it arrived without the firefighter decorator panel I had been promised to fit the party's theme.
