We had ICS service our A/C unit and heater at our old house and called them to service the two units at our new house without hesitation. Nacho is great about explaining what he does, why he does it and answering questions. He offered to find user manuals for the A/C panels if we needed them and when I asked about upgrading to a Nest or similar thermostat, showed me how the ColorTouch unit he has in his own home operates via his phone. No pressure to buy, just information--I appreciate that! He'll be back in the fall to take a look at our heater without question.

It was great. Indoor Comfort Solutions came through our warranty service after five of
their other providers were unable to figure out why our air conditioner
was not working. Nacho was the only one who correctly diagnosed the
problem and fixed it. He's a very smart diagnostician and very thoughtful as to how to repair or replace what is needed. He's honest, his prices are very fair, and he's reliable. It's rare to find a contractor who actually knows what to do. I wholeheartedly recommend Indoor Comfort Solutions.

Nacho was great! He showed up on time, was very polite, diagnosed the problem and explained that the problem was the systems controller board. He went out and found a local vendor that had the board. He returned and worked through lunch to get the system back on line.
