The company was founded in 1984 in Rexburg, Idaho by president, Cody Howard. I was a customer for 5 years before buying a franchise in 2004. Meet the Business Owner: Adam N. I am a former Deputy Sheriff from Cook County (Chicago) for 5 years, and have 15 years prior to Heavens Best in Security Management for multi million dollar properties throughout Chicago and parts of southern California. Married to my wonderful wife, Cara and the PROUD daddy to our son Vincent. I do work for property management groups and realtors in Simi Valley. "It's not a deal if the job is not done right !"

Adam does a fantastic job!  We have 2 cats and the products he uses are safe for all kinds of animals.  The carpet is only slightly damp when he leaves and it dries within an hour.  He is always on time and very thorough.  He vacuums to make sure the floor is clean before he starts.  He also spot cleans any areas that need extra care.  He always finds the spots before i even point them out.  The carpets look amazing when he leaves.  Even though the carpeting is over 12 years old?you would never know it thanks to the great work that Adam does each time.  He is very personable and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Adam arrived on time. He first inspected my carpets to assess their condition. He is very knowledgeable about carpet construction and wear patterns, and, thus, provided me with a realistic assessment of what he could and could not clean. Adam then went to work. He was efficient but not rushed. In the end, I was pleased with the job he did and thought the price was very reasonable given the square footage of carpet cleaned and quality of work.

The experience with Adam, owner of the Simi Valley franchise, was great from beginning to end. Very friendly and responsive - and the best price around. He didn't try and nickel and dime us, and even lowered the original price when he saw we had overestimated how much carpet we had to clean in the house, and on top of that, let us use the 10% coupon he had on his website. The carpets looked great after the cleaning and were dry within 90 minutes. We would definitely recommend Adam to everyone!

My sister-in-law had told me about Heaven's Best. She had said they did a great job on her flooring and were nice, honest people. She's a very picky person so I thought they must be really good if she had such great things to say. I gave them and call and spoke with Adam the owner. He was very nice, explained the cleaning process and worked with me to find a good time to come out for an estimate. When he arrived he was right on time. He measured my house and further explained what he would do in each room for each spot to remove it. I booked him there and their and then. He showed up at the job ontime again and did a fantastic job. My carpets and furniture were dry in less than an hour. Just as Adam had promised. Great company to work with!
