It went great, very good. He was very professional and he knew what he was doing.

The service turned out better than expected. He was able to get everything up. It seemed like after he left that some of the stains were coming back and he came right back out and re-did the sections and everything has been fine.

The entire job was done amazingly. Richard showed up on-time, as promised. Did some quick measurements and gave me a quote that I felt was very reasonable (before I even saw the finished product). He vacuumed the carpets in all the rooms, stairway, and hallways. Then he did some magic with his shampoo-ing. My carpet seriously feels softer and cleaner than when I first moved in. I've had my carpets cleaned by another company before and Richard blew him out of the water. His attention to detail was phenomenal. He went into every corner and crevice. Moved all the furniture around to make sure all the carpet was cleaned, and moved it back to exactly how I had it. The carpets weren't left dripping wet like my previous experience with another cleaner, where it took 2 days to dry. My carpet was dry within 3 hours.

Let me tell you about the magic he performed on the Lazy Boy recliner. I bought it from craigslist, with some stains. Then my roommates proceeded to roll in some sort of soot and sit in my chair, leaving some black crap on there that made me not want to sit in it. Richard again took his magic vacuum stick and went to town on what looked like every stitch. His attention to detail was very much appreciated. He earned every dollar, and I definitely feel like I got beyond my money's worth. I feel like I robbed him, actually, with how good a job he did and how much he charged me.

While cleaning up, he also cleaned the entryway to my house (which we didn't even discuss). It hasn't been that clean since probably those tiles were installed when I first moved in. He went above and beyond, and am recommending him to everyone.
