The experience with Gladd HVAC went quite well thanks to the customer service provided by Lola Bruce. Lola answered her phone at Gladd HVAC on a Friday night, after most HVAC locations are closed. Lola was able to quickly schedule Darrick, the HVAC technician, to our townhouse by Monday. The removal of the old themorstat and the new installation went very quickly and efficiently. Lola and Darrick were excellent to work with and I look forward to working with Gladd HVAC for future projects.

I got their name from another Angieslist HVAC reference (Family Air Conditioning) who was unable to come out as soon as I wanted them. I called Gladd and talked with Ted. He gave me the number of the office and said to talk to Lola and she would schedule someone to come out ASAP. Darrick came out about 5:00pm and diagnosed the problem. Service charges were very reasonable but the replacement part was expensive (my opinion). See other notes.
