They have like an 800 number that you call and then they can connect with you remote on your computer and so that way I don't have to take the computer. If it is something that they can't fix over the phone or remote access; then I take it into the store. I had one virus where they couldn't fix it over the phone I had to take it into the store. They did a good job and take out-rid of it.
