As I said above, I have had several home repairs and updates done from August 2014 through October 2014.  He is always punctual but if there is a delay he will call ahead to inform me.  He is professional, polite, knowledgeable and eager to do
a perfect job.  He cleans up after he has done the job.  He has replaced the flooring in the bathroom and kitchen area with tile.  The rest of the house was done in wood/laminate flooring. Prior to that he removed all the old flooring.  The flooring job included baseboards as well.  He has installed closet organizers and will be hanging a closet door when it arrives.  Frank has repaired
the walls after a major plumbing job was done by a plumber in the kitchen.  Frank removed the bathroom cabinet, sink, faucets, toilet, flooring, and light fixture.  He then installed new ones.  The old light fixture was off center so he had to move that to a new location and repair the drywall.  He also installed venting through the ceiling and through the roof so he could install an overhead venting fan with a light.   In the kitchen, the new microwave hung too low for the stove so he removed the existing cabinet and replaced it with a new one and re-installed the microwave.  He installed new vinyl blinds, throughout the house.  He installed a ceiling fan in the dining room.  I ordered new windows for the entire house and Frank will be removing the old ones and replacing them with energy efficient ones as well as the patio door. He also painted several rooms.  I feel his prices are much more reasonable than using a bigger company.  He is a licensed general contractor but will do small jobs as well as large ones.  I would highly recommend him.  A family member and a friend have used his services after seeing what he has done in my home.  They were also very pleased.
