They did a very professional job.

The salesman was outstanding. He knew his product. He came out to our house and measured it free of charge. He was very patient with my wife while she made the decision to select the proper floor, color etc... He did not make any false promises. He made sure his company delivered on everything.
This appears to be a smaller family owned type of company which at first had us concerned. We compared the quality of their products which exceeded that of Home Depot and Lowes. They had a much larger selection and much faster response times.
Their installers were very polite, professional and clean. I did not mind having them around my family. This was a wonderful experience and we are more than happy with their service. I would recommend this company to anyone. I find that large box retailers to be disconnected from their installers causing headaches getting the installation. They big box retailors are also much more expensive by about $4,000.00. This is a very significant difference. In addition, we got higher quality flooring for significantly less money.
I am normally a very difficult customer to please. This flooring company is simply outstanding. There is no comparison.

Our bill was not itemized and we did not measure our house for ourselves. The total bill was way more then what we had agreed and by the time we figured it out, it was to late.

Our dishwaster leaked and flooded our kitchen floor. So I wasn't looking to replace our kitchen floor when this happened. We originally had laminte bamboo flooring in our kitchen. My husband and I took up the original floor as much as we could, down to cement slab floor. I went on Anglie's list to find a flooring company that wasn't too far from our home. I saw Flooring 101. We went to Flooring 101 on a holiday weekend. We found vinyl flooring that we really liked. We ordered the flooring. We got a sale price on the flooring and they came out that day to measure our kitchen for the flooring. I wanted a new floor put in ASAP. The floor came from their San Diego warehouse. It took a week longer than they originally told me it would take to get the flooring in. But as soon as the flooring came in, they called and came out right away to install. They did a great job, very professional. We wanted some of the extra left over flooring, they left us more extra than we thought they would leave us, which was good.

He did a superb job. He was a very personable man and he has been in business for 30 years. He may even do our carpeting. We are very pleased with him.

I worked with Bob, President of the company, to get an estimate for the job. While I did get multiple bids, I went with him because he was very honest, willing to work with me, and offered suggestions for alternate flooring. He was also very responsive from beginning to end. His installer, Miguel, and his crew did an excellent job. We had another company put down the same flooring on our first floor a few months earlier, but Miguel did a much better job. I highly recommend both Bob and Miguel (note: the store goes by different names such as Flooring America, Carpet Galleria, and Carpet Depot Outlet). I used the location on Easy St.
