My experience with Tanya, this store owner, was very, very good! Tanya was friendly and fair and true to her word. I absolutely would do business with her again!

My mother passed away, her house had been sold, and I needed to take out anything I wanted before the new owners took over. My mother was a hoarder, with over 120 years worth of items, filling up a very large house and an oversized 3 car garage. Add to this a woman whom I had tried to help by letting her stay there (for a temporary amount of time.) She brought in her 92 yr old father, 3 dogs, 1 pigeon and anywhere from 14-17 cats. Aside from dealing with the emotional loss of my only parent, there was a time deadline and someone dragging her feet to get out. What to do? Call Tania, from Fishy finds. The business end I described above, the personal end is, in my mind, just as important. Aside from everything else, she and her crew were kind, nice, and supportive. Tania is like one-stop shopping, with heart and a smile!

It's a great experience, in fact I just for the first time took some stuff down there to consign. She has everything down there and I can't believe how often she turns the stock. It's like a treasure hunt, it's fantastic. She has a little bit of everything. If she doesn't have it she will know she doesn't have it which is amazing if you've ever seen the store. It's great, the store is great and quite an adventure. We could go in there once a week for a year and always see something different. I think I bought an autographed toaster from a cd series for my son, you just never know what you'll find. The prices are very fair. Other dealers come to buy stuff from her, then they take it and jack it up and resell it. She had a funky light fixture that I bought and I had not picked it up yet. When I came in there was a dealer in there arguing with her to sell it to her for more money so they could take it back to their shop. It's located in an industrial park and I think word of mouth has built it up. I think bigger stores come to her for decoration for the different seasons.
