Donald Baker Spa Repair & Service

Called and left detailed messages twice over 48 hour period and received no callbacks. Also sent email that bounced. Caused me to go two full days waiting. Just called another company who said they'd be over today, hoping they show up.

Donald Baker found that the circulation pump was not working properly, ordered the part, and installed it a week later.  He also replaced the old filters with new ones.  It turns out one of the family used the spa after wearing body oil and it clogged the pours of the filter.  The filter was not allowing proper water flow even after cleaning.  The paper filter was clogged with the oil that was filtered from the spa and put a strain on the circulation pump causing it to break prematurely.  Highly recommend Donald Baker.  He is knowledgeable, honest, and gets the job done the first time.

Don found the leak, fixed it, and was nice about it. the leak was caused by a previously incorrectly installed O-ring (originally installed by i American Spa Services)

They last did work for me in June.  I thought their price was good.  They showed up on time.  They told me what they were going to do.  They presented themselves in a professional manner.  I had a couple of other people look at it and Donald said one of them just disconnected a bunch of stuff.  He was very good.  They were right on time, did the job and they were just really very professional.          

Donald was GREAT! After having three other "technicians" come out, and have them either disappear or try to sell me an expensive replacement/repair, Don came out, found the problem immediately, fixed the problem with the original parts, and even waited 1 1/2 hours to make sure the tub was going to heat correctly. This is certainly an area that a person could get defrauded-best advice I could give you-TRUST DON!
