Happy that the ordeal is over and I will never use or recommend the company due to their unreliability. The internet and even BBB show reports of similar experiences with other customers.
"The shutters are due to arrive to our warehouse next week (week of the 25th). We will call the customer at that time and schedule the installation of the shutters. I find this ridiculous that on the exact day of the 4 week "Est. Delivery Date" shown on the order form, that this customer filed a complaint with Angie's List as well as the BBB without even calling our company. I have left them a message letting them know that these shutters are running late and will be done soon. I have been in business for over 25 years and have never had a customer complain to (at least) 2 agencies on the Estimated due date!"
