CUSTOM DESIGN ROOFING

They failed to replace 22 Spanish tiles on the roof. Following up on the job, he did not return my calls, he only appeared at my request 3 times. I feel he was trying to ignore my complaint. He made promises to come back and replace the cosmetic issues, and repair where they used different color mortar to patch up, and never returned my calls for setting up a date. The job was very sloppy and He kept making excuses of them being busy. He mentioned it was a perfect job and what I saw on my roof was only cosmetic.The workers however were very punctual on the job.

The entire process with this roofer was bad from the get go.  The owner admitted to never coming to the job site once the work was done and even his assistant Rick confirmed that he had it out with their parnter Brian for having sold me on a roof that was not properly designed for my style of home and then he kept sending workers to throw tar on the roof to attempt to stop the leaks but even that wasn't working.  CDR tried to blame it on the AC ducts but other roofers confirmed that even in areas where there is no AC ducts, the roof was not properly installed.  This is after I called several times and after each rain.  My home was ruined...hard wood floors were all damaged, my area rugs were damaged, the ceilings and walls in every room in the house were damaged.  The owner Brian got verbally abusive on voice mails and his parnter Brian got abusive via text wtih me when I would call asking for them to send people to repair the roofs.  It was as if it was too much trouble for them to come back out.  They kept trying to throw repairs on a job that they obviously knew was not done properly.  Even my Insurance company had their contractor come to my home and confirmed that this roofer used the wrong materials, had terrible workmanship and that the job was one of the worst they had ever seen.They failed to do everything that was on their contract too.  I am now taking them to small claims court and will seek other legal action to recover my money for the roof as well as all the damages done to my personal property that were not covered by my insurance claim.  This entire experience with this company has been terrible.  I am also seeking a Restraining order against the owners since they were threatening when I kept demanding the repairs or replacement only aftrer I had seeked 2nd opinions from other roofing companies. 
This company should never be used!
