They take care of whatever need I have. They are efficient, pleasant, and stand behind whatever they say. They exchanged my tire with no problems.

The process went very well. The tires had to be ordered which took about 1 week. Once they were in I was able to show up after work and have them installed. My wife and I just did our shopping while the tire center did their work. It was easy. The pricing was very competitive for my over-sized tires.

I disliked the fact that when there is a problem they don't offer you specialized service that can cost more. They just have the standard easy transfer from video to DVDs. But, what we received from them, it turned out very well. Another thing is, I wish they had more options to choose from, like customized themes. But, they did a good job with what they offered. They even give you a discount when you have more than 2 DVDs.

WE HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. THE KEY WAS TO BE ONE OF THE FIRST PEOPLE IN LINE THAT WAY IT WAS DONE QUICKLY. THE PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE WITH ALL THE TIRES STORES IN THE AREA.

HAD THE BEST PRICE FOR TIRES. SALESPERSON KNEW HIS TIRES. WAIT FOR TIRES IS LONG ON WEEKEND, BETTER ON WEEKDAYS.

WHILE THEY WERE DOING THEIR JOB I WAS EATING AT THEIR RESTAURANT, SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT THAT MUCH BECAUSE THERE IS A BIG STORE, AND I COULD SHOP AROUND.

AFTER SHOPPING AROUND FOR THE BEST PRICE, WE FOUND COSTCO TO HAVE A VERY FAIR PRICE. THEY HAD THE TIRES IN STOCK, BOTH TIMES, AND WERE ABLE TO GET OUR VEHICLES IN AND TIRES CHANGED WITHIN A COUPLE HOURS.
