The company was very responsive to my needs as I am wanting the home to go back on the market. The company has been very diligent in coming to my home everyday for two weeks to reach a level of satisfaction. I was willing to pay for a higher level of expertise, responsibility and commitment as the home is unoccupied. The service man was extremely accommodating when coordinating a schedule with me. The parts were $300 with the remaining amount being labor. He is very good about communicating his schedule and updates on the repairs. This situation all came about when a previous pool company forgot to turn the water off prior to leaving for the day. The pool overflowed into my basement, created so much water in my yard along with the neighbor's yard as a tree was uprooted. It completely left the pool, home and yards in shambles. I truly appreciate the efforts and time Cool Blue Pool & Spa Care has done for me.
