I worked with Baret Grigorian. He delivered exactly what he promised, a no fees, no points 30-year fixed mortgage. There were no hidden costs. The only things I had to pay for were some pre-paid recurring costs like interest and taxes. I also had to pay for the appraisal fee, but the cost was promptly refunded after closing. I've never had a closing go so smoothly. I highly recommend Baret at CFC Mortgage.
