George Carter is the owner and plumber who offers 24 hour service. After telephoning him of my problem, he came out the next day to begin the work. His business license is #312400. I felt he was knowledgeable of his plumbing. Under the circumstances of the rooter getting stuck, he did not want to charge the additional $900 for the unplanned work of the sewer line replacement. I stated that I would meet him halfway so I gave him $500. He offers a 3 month guarantee for any leaking that may come about as a result of his repairs at no charge. I feel he is very honest and like his methods of business.
