My family has been using Carters for 15+ years. When I finally moved into my own home we knew that we wanted to use them, especially when we had a new born. I knew the spray that they were using were safe for the baby and my dog. It has been almost 3 years since I first started using them and I have no complaints. John always calls me prior to make sure I'm good with the date they are coming. If I need to reschedule or have them do inside the house, John is very accommodating. The guys that come and service our home are great with my dog, especially when we are not home, and are very personable.
I've recommended Carter's Pest Control to several people and I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

WE ARE VERY PLEASED. THEY SHOW UP ON TIME, THEY DO WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO. THEY PUT THE SPRAY DOWN AND WE DON'T GET BUGS. OFTEN THEY COME DURING THE DAY SO I NEVER SEE THEM. PUNCTUALITY IS FINE.

THE OVERALL SERVICE IS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND ALWAYS ON TIME. THE EMPLOYEES ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS WELL DONE, KILLING ALL THE SPIDERS, ANTS, AND TICKS AROUND THE HOUSE.
