WE FOUND THE COMPANY TO BE VERY INFORMATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL WITH ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT UPKEEP OF THE SPA. THEY ARE ALSO VERY RESPONSIVE FOR ANY REPAIR WORK THAT HAS TO BE DONE.
