Tiffany arrived with her crew who immediately went to work. The showers sparkled as well as the whole bathroom and dining room. They did a great job.

Not well. The estimate was for like $600, and they wouldn't even be able to do it until the week after Thanksgiving. If I had known that they were going to be on vacation all that week I would have tried to track down another service. So I wasn't able to get things squared away before my mother got home from the hospital. It wasn't good.

Excellent would definitely hire them again!

Tiffany came to the house and gave a bid and scheduled the cleaning for early the next morning. The cleaning had to be completed before noon the following day. Tiffany and Jackie, 2 sisters, came with one of their employees. They arrived on time the next day and did an amazing job cleaning.

Tiffany and Jackie from Broke Sisters Cleaning Services were wonderful!  I contacted them on very short notice and was in need of some help cleaning my house prior to a party I was hosting.  I got in touch with them via the email form on their website and they got back in touch with me to schedule a free estimate very quickly.  The estimate went very well and we decided to go ahead with them.  They were very busy and fully booked for the week prior to my event (my fault for contacting them with such short notice) but they went above and beyond and were able to fit me in by doing an early morning visit the day before my party.  They showed up on time early the morning of the cleaning and worked very hard for six hours to make my home look and smell fantastic (they cleaned the kitchen, dining room, 3 bathrooms, living room, family room and the master bedroom)!  They were very quiet and respectful and you barely noticed they were around while they were cleaning - which I loved!  My husband and I were so happy with the job that they did that we decided to continue with their services every 3 weeks or so.  I cannot say enough good things about Tiffany and Jackie - they are very nice people who have a strong work ethic and take pride in what they do.  You will not be disappointed if you decided to use their services!

They arrived on time as usual.  If they ever run a few minutes late they text and let me know, which I really appreciate.
Even though we had an electrical SCE power outage they didn't complain... though I was complaining as it was 97 degrees. They got everything done in about four hours.  We've been in this house for 18 years so we have lots of excess stuff.  I was feeling overwhelmed before they helped me clear out the mess.
I have used the sisters many times over the last four years.  Not only have they helped me organize my closets and garage they've helped me prep for parties of 75-100 people.  Our last party was December 2014.  We hosted 80 people for an Ugly Christmas Sweater Party.  They decorated my 10 foot Christmas tree, help wrap the prizes, made 80 name tags, made the reader boards, made sure people voted for the Ugliest Sweaters.  During the party they gave my instructions to the caterers, and entertainment and kept the restrooms clean and tidy so my husband I could enjoy our party.

Friendly and professional and totally trust them. Always love coming home after they have been. Left husband to explain what needed doing ... he left off change the master bed linen so when we asked for that next it was an extra $5. Not a lot of course but felt it should be included in the price given its not a big job all up (smaller house , no kids, no dog etc)

Because our home is in horse country and I have several large annoying dogs, the dust and pet hair are terrible and I do NOT keep up with cleaning. Therefore I didn't feel the initial $200 fee was inappropriate. They quoted a price of $165 for weekly cleaning after the first visit and that did sound high but I figured I'd see how the first visit went and then try to figure out what I could afford.
These two lovely girls showed up on time and were perfect as far as getting right to work. One thing I especially appreciated was the way they followed instructions on how to deal with my dogs (to totally ignore them) and the dogs quickly became bored and left them alone. The girls were totally unobtrusive in our work day (we both work at home). They started at one end of the house and worked through to the other, working non-stop for 5 or 6 hours, at which time I told them they could skip cleaning my studio, and leave after being finished with what they were doing. They requested that I take a look through the house to check the work before they left and they said if I later found areas they had missed that they would come back and take care of them. I'm not one to go over things with a white glove and the house certainly shone in areas that had not seen the light of day for a long time, so I sent them on their way.
Over the next day or two I discovered a number of things they had missed. I realize that it takes several visits before everything really gets clean but I felt some of these should have been done. At the initial consult I had requested that the patio doors be washed -- they said windows were normally extra but that they could include the patio doors for me. However, they were left undone. I can understand missing some interior doors for dusting; they got most of them. They didn't wipe down a number of top surfaces (like tile surrounds in the showers, and door frames) and I kind of can't blame them for pretending they didn't notice the top of the refrigerator. The one thing I was most disappointed with was the lack of work at the edge of the carpet where it meets the wall, where you have to use the vacuum hose by hand to get the dust and hairs. And the dirt/fingerprints weren't wiped off of doors or cabinet faces. Again, I realize it takes several cleanings to catch everything -- perhaps I was expecting too much?
And remember, in their defense they did offer to come back and clean what they had missed. But since this wasn't a cleaning for a special occasion I didn't see the point in doing that.

They were really good and had good price. They were professional and thorough.

Both were friendly, punctual, and did a great job. They missed a few tiny areas (forgot to dust on top of one of the fans) but said that they would take care of it on their next visit, and they did. I have scheduled them to clean every two weeks and so far it has been great. I would happily recommend them to anybody in the local area.

The girls showed up a little early and got right to work. They were fast and efficient and my house was nice and clean in no time.
I'm very happy with the job they did and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
