Labor Day weekend, 1st day of week long heat wave. Called a number of other A/C contractors, none would be able to make it out to even look at the unit until the following Friday. Tom Brewer managed to make it out the same day, even though it was after 7:00pm. The part that was needed was not recognizable. Paperwork called out a part that was not normally used in So. Calif. Tom did locate the part, had it shipped overnight and installed it. He was interested in the problem and worked actively to solve it. He has my business from now on, both with attitude and timing.
