I recently moved from my rental townhome and I hired Blanca's Cleaners to clean up the empty home. The team of 5 did a great job cleaning all that I asked. I have a dog so there was a lot of dog hair. I am very pleased with the cleaning that they did. The only thing that I was unhappy with was their attitude. They just weren't very friendly and I felt like the job was an inconvenience to them.

Blanca is a very sweet lady and so is her husband! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

She is reasonably priced, quick and does a wonderful job.

Continuing issues with the quality of cleaning performed. After the last two visits, we have come home to find the tile floors filthy. How do we know? When the dog drinks water I get down on the floor to wipe it up with a white cloth only to find dark dirty spots and/or scuff marks on the floor - supposedly they have cleaned it that day but apparently not. The white cloth quickly turns black from wiping up plain water. They clearly do not scrub and also use ditry mops.I repeatedly request that they use my vacuum (hypo allergenic and powerful) and the crevice tool to pick up dog hair. After a visit I can still pick up dog hair with my bare hands - in the corners and along the base boards. There are dead bugs also in the corners and along the baseboards and on the window sills.My bathroom floors are still sticky from hairspray, and there are cobwebs in the corner for weeks. The mirrors and backsplashes have toothpaste on them.They clean so violently that the wood blinds are askew and completely outside of the window frames - and the slats are outside of the guides. It's ilke they do not respect our home.It has been so bad for so long I don't know why we put up with it. I called to fire them and Blanca asked for one more chance which I am granting. However, I lack confidence that the quality will improve on a consistent basis.

They are great. They were absolutely outstanding. Their price point was outstanding. The best way to explain it is that all the extras that other companies do they include in their price so it is straight up. When they showed up 2 of the 4 girls spoke very good English. They usually didn't leave the house with 1 person that didn't speak very good English, which I liked a lot. All the girls spoke at least broken English and they were able to understand me. They were in and out within 3 1/2 hours. If you become a weekly or biweekly account they will reduce the cost even more. The only extra charge they have is that they will actually wash and iron your clothes if you want them to. They lift and clean; it's not just a wipe around. They actually move small appliances off your countertop. The windows were immaculate. They are a licensed contractor, which is one of the most important parts that I was looking for. Anyone who has a license may not be competitive but their service will exceed their price. They are very hospitable. They are busy so you need a little bit of patience. They are not the best price wise but they are not out of line. Their quality is outstanding Estimates are free. .

BLANCA WAS VERY FLEXIBLE WITH MY NEEDS. SHE SPEAKS ENGLISH AND IS REASONABLY PRICED. $65.00 SEEMS TO BE A FAIR PRICE FOR A MONTHLY CLEANING.
