I took my car up to them today and they treated me very well. Very good service. We were referred there by AAA. They are personable. I have asked them if they use parts manufactured by my cars company and they have answered all my questions. I like them, they are very good.

Brad is the best.  I have been taking my cars to him for years and he always goes out of his way to do the best, the least, but the necessary to keep my cars running and safe.  I have always been very satisfied with the service, the honesty, and the quality of work.  In this case, as always, he didn't just mindlessly replace parts looking for an answer, but dug deep and thought he could save me a lot of money.  And he did.  I will keep using BJ's Auto.  It is hard to find an honest, competent, professional auto shop, and this is definitely all of that.

The Mustang is my project car and I like to wrench on it when possible.  The cracked intake manifold they found is something within my tinkering range.  I will visit BJ's to help guide or fix my next auto issue that creeps up.

Brake pedal pressure was fading when applying the brakes.
Original equipment master cylinder (19 years old) was replaced.
Brakes are now working fine again.

I needed oil change for my Volkswagen Passat and the staff was friendly and knowlegdeable. For example, they were aware that the 1.8T edge requires only synthetic oil. I intend to use them for further service for my VW as well as my Toyota pickup truck.

The mechanics at BJ's fixed my cooling system. They fixed something that the dealer couldn't find. Their prices were high and they didn't install something properly. They did solve the problem. I won't use them again because they didn't fully put the car back together and their prices were high.

Whenever I don't know what they are doing to the car and why they are always great about taking me out to the garage and showing me what they are doing and explaining why. I consider their service to be extremely good, they are competitively priced, and their service is reliable.

Very expensive compared to the Saturn dealer. I found that out only after I had the job done, unfortunately. I thought they will give a better price than a dealership but I was wrong. There was over $200 difference in price. Also, the brakes are not smooth and gives a squeaky sound. I took it back and the manager said they need lubrication but did not do much. Have to take it back again.
