During the first visit, I don't remember what the maintenance item was or what the cost was. I know it wasn't cheap, however since it was a recommended auto repair shop, I went there.
My second visit was when I was experiencing an AC problem and needed diagnosis and repair. The quote I was given was beyond outrageous, over $1000 I remember. I ran as fast as I could. I found another shop in Thousand Oaks that repaired my AC for about $50 and it's been working since.
It's been some time since this experience, but occasionally I think back on it and feel that this information should be known. As a woman, I feel at risk entering an auto repair facility. This experience taught me a lesson that one should check with different shops and gain knowledge over the car in question, which I did. I continue to use the mechanic I found in Thousand Oaks, and frequently find myself sending him good wishes for a long and healthy life.....a bit selfishly :-)

I have been going to him for twenty-five years. I like him a lot. He has always been effective and honest. He gets the job done. I have recommended them for years. They are there in a heartbeat if I need them. They are always professional. I have never used anybody else.

We are always satisfied with their professionalism and quality of service. Do plan ahead and schedule in advance. They book up quickly.

I have used Bill's for at least 12 years.. They're professional and well managed. I see that some people say thatr they feel that Bill's may be a little more costly than other shops but they not off the charts and AAA members get a discount. I don't know if they give senior or AARP discounts - but it's worth inquiring. They are far more reasonable than the now defunct Volvodealer that I used to use. My car is kept clean and neat while that have it. I've always been satisfied. Once or twice I have had to bring the car back for corrective action af, but it's always been promptly and happily resolved. They are easy to get in touch with and totally hassle free, One super convenience is that they offer local shuttle service if you have to leave your car. And, I have always had my car back on time as promised, save for one time when they discovered more than we expected and needed the car overnight. Always a professional operation.

They used to be really good. I think the quality of the service has gone down unfortunately because I used to use them all the time. I did have an experience when I took my car in and then when I left on the way home it broke down so either they didn't test or I don't know what it is but they repaired it. I would not use them again and I am not recommend them at this point.

I trusted Bill's Quality Auto Care. Their price seemed high.

See the comments above. My vehicle is OOOLD and has LOTS of miles on it. I have to stop by for all kinds of services from oil changes to the day my tranny finally went out. They were great!

Smoothly: I would never change my association with this company. The owner is up to date as are all of his mechanics. They are constantly sent to school so that they will be up with all the needs of the newer car technology.

.The price was reasonable. They were very professional and prompt. They gave me a ride to work and picked me up.

They have always done an excellent job.

I WAS ADVISED TO HAVE MY FRONT END ALIGNED WHEN I PURCHASED NEW TIRES. I WAS REFERRED TO BILLS' QUALITY AUTO CARE. THEY CHARGE 89.95 FOR THE ALIGNMENT. I WAS GIVEN A COUPON AT AMERICA'S TIRE CO FOR $20 OFF, SO IT COST ME 69.95. THEY USE A COMPUTER CONTROLLED MACHINE THAT TAKES SNAP SHOTS OF PANELS THEY INSTALLED ON EACH WHEEL. IT WAS SO SENSITIVE THEY HAD TO CLOSE THE GARAGE DOOR BECAUSE THE WIND WAS EFFECTING THE READING. THEY GIVE YOU A PRINTOUT OF BEFORE AND AFTER. MY CAR RAN STRAIGHT AFTER THE ALIGNMENT.
