Hands-on excellence in electrical installation and services are wired into the blood of the Barger family, with experience going back three generations. Today’s leader, Rick Barger, began his electrical apprenticeship at age 16 while still in high school. His work then included new custom home construction as well as remodeling, providing both lighting and power components. During the 11 years of his own professional background, Rick has successfully met and resolved the most exacting electrical job requirements. His standard of performance is always to offer his fullest and most complete attention to your special needs.

Rick's estimate was very fair and competitive. He and his crew arrived on time and did neat, quick work. He returned the next day to troubleshoot a flicker problem and solved it by replacing all the canisters in the kitchen. He is very easy to work with and has wonderful referrals for painting and popcorn ceiling removal. We were very pleased with Rick's work and would definitely have him come back when we do phase two in our home.

Rick showed up on time, and was very polite and professional. I had an issue with the garbage disposal, which turned out to be a bad switch. Rick re-wired the switch and installed new outlets both in the kitchen and, at my request, another one in the bathroom. Simply put, Rick was fair and did a good job. I would use him again.

Rick showed up five minutes early. He was very nice and professional.

Rick worked on everything that needed to be addressed. Rick was quick, efficient and was very reasonable with pricing. I was scared it was going to cost more than it did.

I didn't have the outdoor lights on hand that were needed so I will diffidently be calling Rick to back out to install the two lights.

"Do you take credit cards or should I write you a check?" I asked Barger when he was done.

"I didn't do enough work to charge you anything," he said. "Forget it."

I had to convince him to charge me $20. Next time I have an electrical problem without question I will call Barger Electric.

Our old TV cables could not process the demands placed on it by our new HGTVs and internet useage. We needed to upgrade 3 rooms with RG6 coax cable. We were having Direct TV installed and needed new cables so that the new system would work as designed. Rick came in with an assistant and rewired the house in an hour and a half. When the Direct TV installer came the next day I asked him how Rick did with the rewiring. The Direct TV installer said Rick did an excellent job. We were very happy with the price and continue to be thrilled with the work Rick does. He is our Go-To Electrician.

Rick showed up on time and had the job done quickly. He was courteous, professional, and clean. We installed a linear fireplace and had to reroute existing electrical outlets, switches and pot lights. He also installed an outlet in the ceiling for our new pendant light. The City inspector came out and signed off on all of Rick's work. My wife and I were extremely impressed with Rick and will definitely use him again.

Everything went really well. The owner, Rick, followed up before coming out. He even arrived a little before the scheduled time. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He put plastic down everywhere, and kept the floors clean. He was fast, courteous, and professional. And considering all the work that was done, his price was quite reasonable.
