John from Arrow HVAC was a recommendation from a contractor, and my 8th quote for  uneven temperature control  issues in my  house . I had consulted with contractors, 3 other HVAC people, roofing specialists,gardeners and insulation specialists. Everything but the kichen sink had been recommended to me including new insulation, new roof, and up to 3 powered /non powered attic fans and cool-air fans in different positions in the house. I did a lot of reading online to find out about this complex issue. I decided to go with John because his experience and quiet intelligence stood out- at the quote he crawled all over my tight crawl space, spent over an hour analysing, testing and then explained patiently in a logical way the main issues related to the problem.  He understood my tight budget, and gave a quote for 2 stages- try a cheaper option first, see if it helps, if not , he would come back and work more.
The second option that he proposed was a independent  temperature control system, which no-one else had recommended (possibly because my attic was very low and tight, and they just looked up there rather than spending to think and plan the attic out), but was a logical choice for my problem. I haven't had to do this yet. 
On the day, he arrived on time, was neat and careful, left no mess and worked quickly and efficiently, so efficiently that he finished an hour or two earlier than expected. He was trustworthy and showed me all equipment before and after he installed. 
I had a great experience and would use him again without hesitation. Price-wise he wasn't the  very lowest quote, but he was among the lowest.
