Andrew did a great job. Carpets looked so nice and bright after he cleaned them. Very professional and a very nice person. Would definitely use him again in the future.

Andrew is detail oriented and explained all the options and recommendations for each carpet/rug. We felt very comfortable having him in our home and he did a really great job. I don't think our carpet/rugs have every looked so nice. House smells good, not of chemicals. We will be using him as our go-to carpet cleaner from her on out.

Andrew is friendly and professional. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options. He cleaned my rug on the premises within twenty minutes and the results were better than I expected. Not to mention how reasonable the cost was. I can't say enough good things about Andrew's. I had used him previously for rug and upholstery cleaning an was impressed by the quality of his work and his professionalism. He returned this time to attempt to remove calcium stains that had penetrated the stone tiles in our shower and bathroom. I had already had 3 or 4 other companies look at them and shake their head and tell me there was nothing they could do. Andrew worked on the tiles and was able to remove the stains with what can only be a magic solution and then sealed the stone. They look like new and the stains are gone! He is pleasant and diligent and his prices are very reasonable. He communicated his arrival time and turned up on time. I can't recommend him highly enough

Excellent. He first provided me a free estimate. I appreciated his expertise on what type of cleaning would or would not work on my items. That night I received his estimate. By the next morning a cleaning appointment was scheduled. He was on time and did an excellent job.

We were in a big hurry for carpet cleaning but had a limited budget. Andrew came right out and worked with us to give us an affordable option by limiting the areas to be cleaned. Then he proceeded to do more areas than he had promised for no extra cost. We were very pleased to say the least that he exceeded our expectations and did a great job. I called several of the Angies list suggested carpet cleaners and this one was the best price of the three I contacted. There was an add on when Andrew got here and the conversation included some reference to two and a half times the phone estimate....which was what the most expensive of the others had been.... I thought this was an unnecessary step after being quoted one price for the area measured and described over the phone. Once we got that settled things went much better. Andrew was on time and his work was excellent....the confusion over price negotiations was totally unnecessary ....but the work was of excellent quality and I would have him back again without any other reservation......

Carpets cleaned = 1 bedroom, hallway, staircase and two large area rugs. Andrew showed up within the two-hour window scheduled and did a good job. While I moved all the furniture I could prior to his arrival, he helped me move a heavy bed so he could have access to the area rug underneath. The other bed was unmovable (due to an attached headboard unit) but he worked around it very nicely. My staircase seemed a little "crunchy" after the cleaning, but that dissipated quickly and all my rugs have remained looking lovely again four months later.

Holy crap, Andrew rocks. He is quick, clean, works hard, and I was so impressed with the outcome. We have an entire upstairs carpeted and three little dogs, we left last summer for a month and the dog sitter wasn't as diligent about watching were the dogs were and making sure they didn't go upstairs to do their business. Well, after returning from a month, there was exactly a months worth of pee EVERYWHERE. It smelled awful, looked awful (we have beige carpeting) and we honestly thought our only option would be to get new carpet. Until we called Andrew, he came in and saw what needed to be done and got to work right away and when he was finished we couldn't see any stains. No smell. It was a miracle. We could lay on the floor again without smelling dog pee 6 inches away from the carpet. Yuck. I was so impressed with his work, he made sure to really deep clean the carpet to get the padding underneath too. Just awesome. We plan on hiring him again just for a routine clean because he makes the carpet smell so great and its so fluffy again when he finishes. Great guy.

Andrew was very professional and pleasant. He was able to come out the same day we called. We were pleased with his work and careful way with explaining things. The runner and rug look great.
