They fixed a bathtub faucet and they did it wrong. I called them twice for them to come and fix it and they didn't, I thought they were good, but they were not. They did not come to fix the problem they created. I would say no do not use them.

We've used them for years. They charge each time. We've known them for years. We try to have them come out in the spring and the fall to do this. It is family owned to start with and the boys are very conscientious to come out when we have a problem. We've used them for at least 20 years. It was father and son but the father retired and now it is some of the sons.

I didn?t use them once and I am sorry I didn?t.  It was all done in one visit. Their people are super smart, very honest. I recommend them highly. They are good. It probably took them about 4 or 5 hours. The best aspect was that they got it all done in one trip and everything done satisfactory. It was a picky buyer. The overall best thing was their honesty.

Amaron was recommended by me tile man (Jeff Urie) and there was an issue with them being on vacation so they gave a name of another plumber - he and partner came out looked at the old pipes and whinged all the time about how they never work on galvanized pipes so it would be hard to do, etc.  They came back finally with $1600 estimate - the tile man and I agreed to wait until the following week for Amaron.  On the day, Kenny arrived on time and got to work - no whinging involved.   After less than 2 hours he was done and we had the piping we needed for $620 not $1600.   I would not hesitate to use Amaron later this year when we will do the entire  house re-pipe.

It’s a family owned business. You usually see the same people. They are always excellent. I never had any problems with them. The job was done very promptly. They’ve done the job within an hour. They left the area clean when they finished the job.

I called them at 8:00 in the morning and told them about my prolbem. They came right out and fixed the problem. I have used Amaron Plumbing for years. They are very professional - they always call me right back and come out in a timely manner.
Also, I feel their charges are always very reasonable.

This is the second time I have used Amaron and I will continue to do so. Each time I have had a problem they listen and try to find the most reasonable way to fix it. Today I had a clog in the kitchen sink. He snaked the drain to clear the blockage and assessed a leak that had been occurring. Turns out I also need a new garbage disposal. I was told it would be more cost effective for me to purchase one myself and then have them come out to install it. He also spent time making suggestions as far as what to look for in a garbage disposal. How refreshing to have a company try and save you money!! Reliable, honest, and they know their stuff! I hope not to have many more plumbing problems but if I do I will call Amaron.

He had the best estimate. He was courteous over the phone and he gave a price right away of roughly what it would cost. He sent someone out the same day and installed the water heater. He was on time and always returned my calls.

The hose bib was broken and I noticed the pipes, which were part copper and part PVC, going into the house looked deteriorated. Called Amaron, they came the next day, evaluated the pipes, showed me the issues and recommended replacement of the pipes and valves. They did it quickly, all new copper. It looks great and I probably avoided a catastropic failure of the main water supply to the house.

I've used Amaron for many years and have never had anything but excellent service.

They actually did a very good job with the work. The fellow that came was friendly and outgoing. He was very good with taking time to answer questions. He was on time. He pretty much did everything we wanted. I thought the price was fair.

As usual, excellent - did all work perfectly. In fact, one of the faucets leaked upon installation (from a valve) and rather than tell us we had to return it and get another, the plumber took it apart and replaced a defective gasket.
