For over 21 years in business we specialize in Refrigerators, Washers, Ovens and Dryers made by Whirlpool, Electrolux, Fridigdaire, Kitchenaid, Sears and Maytag. All of our technicians are trained by the manufactures themselves. With an extensive on high end appliances such as Sub Zero, Viking, Kitchenaid, GE Monogram, Bosch and Thermador. We also are authorized servicer for Lowe's, Sears and Home Depot. We provide expert diagnostic service for $65 on most appliances. Licensed, Bonded Factory trained and Background verified Field Engineers. Established in 1993 Allen and Sons Appliance Repair Company is licensed, insured, and bonded for your protection. All of our technicians are highly experienced in the repair of all major appliances. They are trained on a regular basis by all major appliances manufacturers to keep up with the constantly evolving technology of household appliance service. Our management is on top of all technological changes occurring in every type of appliance from heaters and air conditioners to ovens and refrigerators in the market today. A Family Business Allen & Sons Appliance Repair Inc. is a family based business. The head of the family first opened his doors in 1971 under the name Allen's Appliance Repair, but when the family started growing and the younger generation came to the business, the company changed its name to Allen and Sons Appliance Repair. out and fixed the stove on site without a new thermostat. I asked for a refund, and they referred it to "upper management". I received an email offering a future discount and that they would send a "senior technician" the next time. There will not be a next time for me.
