The first time, the technician from Absolute didn't show up, so ADT had to send one of their guys. The second time, Absolute said between 8-noon. At 11:30, they said it would be between noon-5; a whole day waiting. I needed my alarm repaired and while he was here, I wanted it switched from line 2 to line 1. Tech did it. After he was done, he realized he needed a noise filter for the internet. He spent lots of time looking in his truck, didn't have one. Here's where it gets bad. We have a contract with ADT, it was to be $25.00. But the tech said I would have to pay for his labor, a total of $110. I got ADT on the phone. They reassured me it would be $25.00. The tech argued with ADT on the phone, insisting on charging me. When I got back on with ADT, ADT told me I would not have to pay what the tech charged. Then the tech lectured me on the charges. How was his company to make any money, etc? I used them as a sub-contractor to ADT, but I can't recommend them. Dishonest.
Description of Work: The company was sub-contracted by ADT to come and repair a problem with the connection between our house and ADT.
