AARON BROTHERS ART & FRAMING

My wife and I went to this Aaron Brothers in Simi Valley as they had made me custom frames before and the work has been excellent.  We took an important piece of artwork to have framed.  The framing manager Chad worked with us for about an hour and framed the picture within the week.  When I picked up the artwork, the frame and matting did not look anything like we thought it would and were dissapointed with our choice.  We brought the artwork back 2 days later and informed Chad we were not happy with our selection and requested another frame and matting.  There was no blame put on us or struggle with exchanging the frame.  There was no charge for labor or material.  Chad was completely understanding.  He worked hard to help us find the right frame and matting.   He stated that he would just replace the matting and frame with what we had.  There is nothing better than excellent customer service.  I strongly recommend Chad at Aaron Brothers in Simi Valley

Very uneducated staff. Very young and inexperienced. Used a different size mat than I laid out when choosing the materials. The mat was too big for the frame and the wrong color. When I brought back the piece, rather than making it right, they charged me full price to replace the mat with the correct color. I will never use this store again. Very poor service. Very disappointed.
