2 years ago i bought this dishwasher at pacific sales. the dishwasher was installed by a & j appliances. the bolts and
.screws to install this were furnished by fisher and paykel.( this dishwasher has 2 drawers) we noticed that the dishwasher
seemed loose and no longer would function as it should have. we called pacific sales and he told me to find the invoice
as 2 years was quite a long time ago. we did find that. he told me to call jim who is the owner and i left my name and
a message on friday and on monday he called and said if i were home he would come over and fix it. it seems that
the screws/bolts that they furnished would come loose in time so he put longer hardware so it should not happen again.
i have paid for repairs on appliances in the past and most of the repairs are either 30 to 90 days. this company is one
of the good ones and i highly recommend them.
