I bought a new over the range microwave from Pacific Sales and paid for delivery and installation which was supposed to be done by these guys. They never showed up, never delivered my microwave, and has not returned any phone calls. It’s been a total scam and now I’m stuck having to escalate this with Pacific Sales to try and find a solution.

"I’m very sorry you didn’t receive the service you paid for, Pacific Sales and Best Buy does all the scheduling for installation of products they sale. As for no response I’ve been on medical leave for the past two weeks and will still be on leave for 2 more weeks. Finally as far as not showing up, your product was not available and my installer tried to call to inform you that he would be putting the job in reschedule Very sorry Jim"

Went well. offered suggestions - not for profit - but sincere ideas as to how to insatll appliances that worked for me. Gentle with appliances - no scracthes or dings - worked extra to make sure the appliances fit perfect

They were very professional and clean in doing the work. We thought we could only install a 24-inch oven but they noticed a 27-inch oven could be installed which was more desirable. Because of the cabinet configuration it was a difficult oven installation but they did a good job. I give them a "C" on responsiveness because while my initial call to them to discuss the project was promptly returned, when I called to actually schedule the job I had to call three times. So if this is something that aggravates you consider that. But they did a good job and I would hire them again for major appliance installation, on which they seem highly knowledgeable. I also thought the price was very fair and an excellent value.
