GREAT!
I CALLED 1st CLASS ACCESS ON LABOR DAY WEEKEND AND ACTUALLY SPOKE TO A VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL PERSON (DAWN) AND NOT A COMPUTER. SHE PROMISED TO HAVE THE TECHNICIAN COME OUT ASAP. SHE CALLED ME BACK ON TUESDAY (NEXT DAY AFTER THE HOLIDAY) FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AS SHE HAD PROMISED. THANK YOU DAWN!
KEVIN CAME OVER LATER, DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM WITH THE MOTOR AND TRIED TO SALVAGE THE OLD BOARD. HE WORKED WITH ME AND NEVER FAILED TO CALL BEFORE HE CAME OR WAS GOING TO BE DELAYED.
AFTER SOME GLITCHES WITH THE OLD BOARD, HE LOCATED A REPLACEMENT AND INSTALLED IT FIRST THING FRIDAY MORNING, ENDING TWO WEEKS OF FRUSTRATION OF OPENING, CLOSING AND LOCKING THE GATE MANUALLY.
EVERYTHING WAS INDEED FIRST CLASS FROM THE INITIAL TELEPHONE CALL TO COMPLETION OF THE JOB - EFFICIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, AND FRIENDLY,
NOT ONLY DO I RECOMMEND 1ST CLASS UNEQIVACABLY , BUT I WOULD STATE THAT THIS COMPANY IS THE ONLY ONE I WILL USE IF I EVER NEED GATE SERVICE.
USE 1sT CLASS ACCESS IF YOU EVER NEED GATE INSTALLATION OR SERVICE.

Great experience! He was helpful and spent the time to explain what he was doing and how to operate my automatic gate properly. My gate has been working better now than before. I would use this company again for sure!

Got a same day appt and asked to be called 30 mins beforehand so that I could show up from work. Kevin did exactly that. He was on time and had all the necessary materials and tools to handle the entire job in an efficient manner. It is very hard to get someone who can do the repair timely, efficiently and with the appropriate know how--but I was very pleased with the result here.

I called on a Friday afternoon and Kevin stopped by about an hour later. He identified the problem and provided a quick, easy, and inexpensive resolution.

Highly recommended.

We scheduled an appointment on the phone for the same day. They showed up right when they said they would and did a great job fixing our gate.
