They laced out the plain tree to make it safe for our terrible winds here. Laced out another tree, which I appreciate. They made the trees safer and checked them out saying they were healthy. Put everything out that they trimmed.

They're very professional and were on-time. They did a good job with clean-up. We have used them two times and have been pleased both times. As a return customer, they knocked $50 off the bill.

The work turned out good, but they had to come out again due to their chipper out of order. When they did come back they broke a water drain with the chipper. They did fix the drain, but I still have issues with it. The tree trimming and removal was done well though.

We were delighted about it. They are ethical. The owner is a man of integrity. I like that they are certified arborist. They cleaned up. They are extremely polite. When they cleaned up, they did a good job. This is the third time we used them.

I have had them back for at least five years every year to maintain my trees. They are always on time for the estimate and also on work day, are careful of other plants, and do an excellent job of cleaning up. The last visit I also had them remove a problem ficus, and they removed the roots also. I was able to plant something else there with a minimum of prep work. I was glad to find someone I can trust to do a great job.

The work on the olive trees was great. We asked for a natural looking trim and shaping, and that is exactly what we got. The trees do not have that "over cut" look that is so common with tree services. The work on the palm trees was also very good. The crew was on time, worked quickly and cleaned up completely.

They were very professional, did great work, and were very knowledgeable. They left the job site clean.

I just showed him the tree and told him that I would not be at home. He came and did what he had to do and it was done when I was back at home. I also know that he was a fireman and I'm also a fireman. He is a arborist.

I accepted their proposal, and the company arrived promptly and did everything according to plan. They ran into a problem which was the extensive root system of a previously removed, very large ficus tree. Even though they had to spend many extra hours drilling and chopping out the ficus root, they did not raise their quoted price. In addition, I requested that the two birch trees that they were installing be spaced to roughly be framed by our front windows. The workers spent a lot of time and digging to get the trees exactly where I wanted them. They couldn't have been nicer about all their efforts. After 7 months all of the plants are flourishing and I know it’s because of the quality of the plants and how they were planted. Again, the company did not charge anything extra, beyond the original quote. I would definitely call this company again. Our front yard looks great, set up according to their plan, and our neighbors have complimented us on it.
